Horace's proposal to build a space elevator may not be realistic in the near future. The technology required to build a space elevator, including the development of strong and lightweight materials, as well as the ability to transport and assemble such a massive structure in space, is currently beyond our capabilities. Additionally, the cost and resources needed for such a project would be immense. While the concept of a space elevator is intriguing and has potential benefits for space exploration, it remains a highly ambitious and challenging endeavor. **

A great location for a marriage proposal would be a place that holds special meaning for the couple, such as where they first met or had a memorable date. It could also be a beautiful natural setting, such as a beach at sunset, a scenic overlook, or a peaceful garden. The environment should be private enough to allow for an intimate moment, but also have a touch of romance and beauty to make the occasion memorable. Ultimately, the best location for a marriage proposal is one that reflects the couple's unique relationship and creates a meaningful and unforgettable experience. **

Google Maps can still determine your location even when GPS is disabled by using a combination of other technologies such as Wi-Fi and cell tower signals. When GPS is turned off, Google Maps can use Wi-Fi signals from nearby routers and information from cell towers to approximate your location. This is known as "Wi-Fi positioning" or "cell tower triangulation," and it allows Google Maps to provide an estimated location based on the available signals in the area. However, this method may not be as accurate as GPS, but it can still give a general idea of your location. **
