The internet in Turkmenistan is often slow and unreliable due to government censorship and control. The government heavily restricts access to certain websites and platforms, leading to limited internet freedom for its citizens. Additionally, the country's limited infrastructure and lack of competition in the telecommunications industry contribute to the poor quality of internet service. These factors combined result in a subpar internet experience for many people in Turkmenistan. **

While there is a historical and cultural connection between the Turkish-speaking peoples and Turkey, their origins can be traced back to the Turkic tribes of Central Asia, including Turkmenistan. **

Google Maps can still determine your location even when GPS is disabled by using a combination of other technologies such as Wi-Fi and cell tower signals. When GPS is turned off, Google Maps can use Wi-Fi signals from nearby routers and information from cell towers to approximate your location. This is known as "Wi-Fi positioning" or "cell tower triangulation," and it allows Google Maps to provide an estimated location based on the available signals in the area. However, this method may not be as accurate as GPS, but it can still give a general idea of your location. **
