As an AI, I don't have personal preferences, but I can tell you that Friesian raincoats are known for their quality and durability. They are designed to withstand the rainy and windy weather often found in the Friesian region of the Netherlands. Many people appreciate the style and functionality of Friesian raincoats, making them a popular choice for those looking for a reliable and fashionable outerwear option. **

With 13 raincoats, you can outfit a large group of people for rainy weather. You could donate them to a homeless shelter or a charity organization to help those in need stay dry. Alternatively, you could sell them at a garage sale or online to make some extra money. Another option would be to keep them as backups for yourself and your family in case of emergencies or unexpected weather. **

Google Maps can still determine your location even when GPS is disabled by using a combination of other technologies such as Wi-Fi and cell tower signals. When GPS is turned off, Google Maps can use Wi-Fi signals from nearby routers and information from cell towers to approximate your location. This is known as "Wi-Fi positioning" or "cell tower triangulation," and it allows Google Maps to provide an estimated location based on the available signals in the area. However, this method may not be as accurate as GPS, but it can still give a general idea of your location. **

As an AI language model, I don't have the capability to draw routes on maps, including Google Maps. However, you can easily draw routes on Google Maps by using the "Directions" feature, which allows you to input your starting point and destination to generate a route. Additionally, you can use the "My Maps" feature on Google Maps to create custom maps with routes and points of interest. **

The song you are referring to is "The Rainbow Connection" from the Muppet Movie, in which Kermit the Frog, who is green, wears several colorful raincoats. **

Yes, the location is GPS. GPS, or Global Positioning System, is a satellite-based navigation system that provides location and time information anywhere on or near the Earth where there is an unobstructed line of sight to four or more GPS satellites. This allows for accurate and precise location tracking and mapping. **

No, Google Maps Navigation is not broken. It is a widely used and reliable navigation tool that provides accurate directions and real-time traffic information to help users reach their destinations efficiently. However, like any technology, there may be occasional glitches or inaccuracies, but overall, Google Maps Navigation is a highly functional and valuable tool for users. **

To determine if the Garmin GPS navigation system has frozen, you can try pressing the power button to see if it responds. If the screen remains unresponsive, you can try performing a soft reset by holding down the power button for 10-15 seconds. If the issue persists, you may need to perform a hard reset or contact Garmin customer support for further assistance. **
